DAC Fitness

With a focus on life changes, DAC offers comprehensive fitness services to help members successfully manage physical and nutritional goals. In addition, DAC offers educational seminars on site and is available for special events in the surrounding communities. Their facilities offer free weights, cardiovascular equipment and aerobic classes that include a variety of specialty programs.
